- We send the orders electronically, but will email you a copy upon request.
- Please do your labs 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment.
Labcorp & Quest Wholesale
- We have negotiated self-pay rates with Labcorp & Quest. If you are self-pay or prefer to pay cash due to a high deductible, this will save you ~75%.
- Call or email us to order & pre-pay.
- We’ll email you the order to print out and take with you.
Somewhere Else
